These people are crooks. I had my brother's transmission repaired there in December. It took about 3 weeks before they finally had it ready, In February the transmission stop working on the way to the airport. I had to have it towed back to their shop. This time they kept it over 1 month with all types of excuses. When I picked it up they charged me $200 more (I originally paid $3000.) When I questioned what happened to the transmission (under warranty) he replied, "it was a manufacturer default on 1 of the parts." I wish I had read the reviews before I used them. DO NOT use East Coast Transmissions for anything! They are ripping people off in broad daylight!

My buick enclave was shifting funny, I thought for sure it was going to need a replacment transmission. We took it to east coast transmission and dropped it off. He called me later that day and I thought for sure they were going to tell me I needed one. In fact they could have said it and I would have believed it. To my surprise he said they ran all the diagnostics and pressure tests and said all I needed was a fluid change! He saved me roughly $5000.00 dollars! Vehicle shifts amazing and perfectly now!! You do not find many shops who will actually be honest with you! We will always take any of our vehicles here to be checked and worked on for transmissions!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY!!!!! I AM A LIFETIME CUSTOMER NOW AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE!

Super friendly staff. Fixed my 2015 6l80 with 225k orignal miles. No more shuddering and smooth shifts with none of the old clunks or high rpm issues. It's been awhile since the truck felt this good while driving. He is Great on price and quick with getting the job done.

Unbelievable service! Their honestly saved us literally thousands! I can't speak enough on how impressed my family was to hear that we didn't have to replace our transmission. Also the staff was very nice and professional in person as well as phone conversation. Top notch services πŸ‘ŒπŸΏ
